I went to Bobbi's yoga class tonight at Action Fitness. It was such a wonderful experience. I stretched areas I didn't even know needed stretching. My neck and back feel sooooo much better! I plan on going every Thursday! Thanks for starting this class in Lanesboro Bobbi! You're the best! :)
Comfortable, friendly, inviting to all, very clean, machines are up-to-date and maintenance if needed immediately, lots of variety with machine or dead weights, new programs coming this summer as covid relaxes.
