I asked Ari to quote on a HML for $500k for a client. His rates and points were substantially higher than a competitor. When he called to follow up, I explained I was not going with him. He got very angry and actually swore with the F-Bomb several times. Saying I wasted his time. It was as amusing as it was surprising.
