Was give a estimate, final bill was over $20,000.00 over estimate no one ever called to make sure this would be ok. Got vehicle back several things were wrong. Jobs not completed as per invoice, loose bolts, screws, missing washer, leaking hydraulic lines/busted lines and missing parts. Never can get ahold of salesman have to call manager to get salesman to email you. WOW!!!!! Thank you thank you thank you, to customer service, workmanship and time of completion. I spent seven month looking for a company that would custom build a box for our chassis, everyone I contacted said No, (one must wonder how do they make money if they do not want to work with a customer), I finally came a cross Action. Emailed Tommy spoke to him on the phone many times, explained what I wanted and we agreed upon it. I was in a wreck and the insurance company totaled my box. I went to Action and told them i wanted to order one just like i have. I bought a new truck to put the box on and when I got home with it I noticed they didn't put the tail lights that came on my truck in the truck so I had to go buy new ones. When i started putting my tools in I noticed it looked like my old box but the cabinets were smaller so I can't put all of my tools in it. I should of went somewhere else. Was referred by another buisness to contact them about building replacement doors for my truck. Called and had an in depth conversation about what I needed done and was told to remove my doors and bring them by and they would work to match them, build a new set , or at least order a new set. Real nice and helpful person on the phone. Told me there location and so I set a day aside to drive there with my doors, mind you it's a 2 1/2 hr ride one way only to be told that they dont do that type of work.
