I appreciated the patience from the Action Event staff as they figured out how to fit the size tent I requested into the desired position. I had reached out to more than a few vendors. Action was very quick to respond. This was my first time renting items to be delivered. Action took the time to answer all of my questions regarding the tent rental, tables and chairs that I needed for my daughter’s Sweet 16 pool party. Delivery and pickup was on time as scheduled and went very smoothly. The 2 gentleman doing the setup were very kind and professional. Thank you again, Action!!
This was my first time using Action Events but certainly NOT my last. Maria provided excellent customer service when I called to order a tent, tables and chairs. The equipment was delivered and set up early for me and after it was all done, they came and took it all down and away. Everything was great.
