UPDATE: I wanted to amend my original review after speaking directly with the owner today. Action events was very friendly and easy to work with. The team set up and took down with no problems. The office staff was friendly and helpful in determining what our needs were for our event. Thank you Action! Great job from Albireo Energy New Castle DE.
Very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend for any of your events.
I appreciated the patience from the Action Event staff as they figured out how to fit the size tent I requested into the desired position. The small tree that ended up inside the tent looked like it was part of the original plan. Outstanding workers and the rental items were all in good condition. Thanks!
I had reached out to more than a few vendors. Action was very quick to respond. This was my first time renting items to be delivered. Action took the time to answer all of my questions regarding the tent rental, tables and chairs that I needed for my daughter’s Sweet 16 pool party. Delivery and pickup was on time as scheduled and went very smoothly. The 2 gentleman doing the setup were very kind and professional. Thank you again, Action!!
