On Monday 2 September 2024 my older Rover motor mower with Briggs and Stratton engine would not start. Having previously had a problem with the primer bulb, I checked that myself first. I removed the spark plug to check if it was too wet as a sign of flooding and the general condition. It looked fine so I replaced the spark plug by screwing it in by hand until it seated on the seal and then tightened it with a wrench.
