This is the Best Embroidery Company I have ever used! I have read most of the reviews on this place and for the most part to me it looks like competition trying to wreck their name. I would recommend them to anyone! They have amazing customer service and walk you through each job as it is done. You eve have to approve a sample sew out before they will sew it on your garments! IMPORTANT PLEASE READ – It is really a shame that there are people in our community like the one who wrote the review below. The accusation is so heinous I feel compelled to address it. First of all I feel bad for this person IF they actually had this experience somewhere but it certainly was not at Action Embroidery. I would encourage anyone who ever has this type of experience anywhere to directly address it with the management of that company and not embark on a smear campaign (in this case unjustly) against a company. Do NOT bring your child here. – There work is okay however when I brought my 7 year old daughter into the shop I was freaked out when an employee there by the name of Tim paid alot of undue attention to her. I am not just talking about talking to her which he did by asking how old she was, asking if she had a boyfriend and saying that she was hot! Big Mistake – I started a small clothing line and Action was recommended by an aquaintaince who felt Action would be able to fulfill my printing and embroidery needs. When I first sat down with Action I was extremely excited to work with them because I was assured that they could meet my needs. Once I was committed to them it all went down hill. Best Screen Printer in Reno Nevada – I took them a job that everyone in town refused- saying my job was too small of quantity to be worth while. Ed at Action Embroidery helped me create the perfect gift for my anniversary that my husband will never forget. I got great service, in a timely manner, they were very professional, my job came out perfect and the cost was lower than most everyone else that I priced in town. Action Embroidery is definatly the best place to get customized apparel in Northern Nevada!
