Took 9 months of contacting Action door after 1/2 pay on two week start work agreement and BBB involved to get a sh ty fence install.l should have researched this company before but they came recommended from a freind of a freind.DO YOUR RESEARCH this man is in bussiness to take your money ! I provided Dean with a 50% deposit in July 2025 for a door installation. I was told the door would arrive within no more than six weeks. Since then, multiple scheduled install dates have come and gone with no door and no proactive follow-up. They are clearly having cash flow issues and lying to customers to try and keep them on the hook. DO YOUR RESEARCH, check the reviews, look on pa edockets. I am completely disappointed in this local company. I thought I truly knew the owner & was all good intentions but that was the complete opposite of reality. He was very quick to take my $2K deposit over the phone & now it makes sense. In may I had a quote done for a garage door. Decided to hold off bc it was to much $$ at the time. I had told him when I first met him that I was not comfortable with a deposit down until he shows up to do the job as he only needed to buy a couple boards of wood and some large screws, but here we are. Do not use Action Door Property Services LLC. They are not honest and blame materials for their poor craftsmanship and their ability to choose the right materials. They hung our screen doors backwards/inside out and tried to say they don’t work properly, because the heat causes swelling in the deck and dogs using the dog door. Never once did they say the doors are hung backwards. The caulk they used dried up and left wide crevices in the corners. Do not trust Dean to pass on information.
