I contracted with Action Door & Property Services, LLC to: Install a new roof over existing deck and Westbury Screen System to create a screened-in deck. In addition, they put up five (5) posts to support the roof. Before the work began the contractors saw warped deck boards that needed to be replaced. Took 9 months of contacting Action door after 1/2 pay on two week start work agreement and BBB involved to get a sh ty fence install.l should have researched this company before but they came recommended from a freind of a freind.DO YOUR RESEARCH this man is in bussiness to take your money ! I provided Dean with a 50% deposit in July 2025 for a door installation. I was told the door would arrive within no more than six weeks. Since then, multiple scheduled install dates have come and gone with no door and no proactive follow-up. They are clearly having cash flow issues and lying to customers to try and keep them on the hook. DO YOUR RESEARCH, check the reviews, look on pa edockets. I am completely disappointed in this local company. I thought I truly knew the owner & was all good intentions but that was the complete opposite of reality. He was very quick to take my $2K deposit over the phone & now it makes sense. In may I had a quote done for a garage door. Decided to hold off bc it was to much $$ at the time.
