Do not use Action Door Property Services LLC. They are not honest and blame materials for their poor craftsmanship and their ability to choose the right materials. They hung our screen doors backwards/inside out and tried to say they don’t work properly, because the heat causes swelling in the deck and dogs using the dog door. Never once did they say the doors are hung backwards. The caulk they used dried up and left wide crevices in the corners. Do not trust Dean to pass on information. Everyone is very professional and wonderful to work with
We hired Action Door & Property to do a renovation on our small upstairs bathroom that had a leak. The project took 2 weeks longer than expected. We had to convince them to redo the work because as they were finishing the job the leak was still happening. I wasn't thrilled with the communication from start to finish and felt at the end of the day that I paid more money than the level of service we received.
