Dean insisted on half down on job a month in advance of starting job. I had told him when I first met him that I was not comfortable with a deposit down until he shows up to do the job, but here we are. Now two weeks late on starting job as promised. Has not answered email nor phone call. Finally returned a call, 12th day, and left a message just stating his name. I returned his call and left another message which hasn't been returned. Everyone is very professional and wonderful to work with
We hired Action Door & Property to do a renovation on our small upstairs bathroom that had a leak. The project took 2 weeks longer than expected. We had to convince them to redo the work because as they were finishing the job the leak was still happening. I wasn't thrilled with the communication from start to finish and felt at the end of the day that I paid more money than the level of service we received.
We had the best experience working with Action Door & Property Services. We had a pre hung door that needed to be installed. Action came out and got to work on the installation pronto. We also had a range hood vent that needed installation and the guys who came out were great! They left no mess behind. Easy to work with. Thank you guys!
They say they are going to do what you need and don’t follow through. If you want anything more then doors installed do not use.
