Called to have door serviced. Waited all day for them to show up never came. lady who answered was very very rude. No customer service she rudely told me we will come tomorrow agin never showed took business elsewhere.
First this place sells parts. Been around Riverside for 20 years. Always friendly and accommodating. I don't deal a lot with these type of doors, so I have a lot of questions. They answer them all quickly and happily. Five star rating!

THIS COMPANY IS AMAZING. I CALLED FRIDAY, THEY CAME MONDAY, THE DOOR WAS FIXED IN 15 MINUTES. THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN STAYED ABOUT ANOTHER 30 MINUTES TO GO THROUGH THE ENTIRE WORKINGS OF THE DOOR. HE CHANGED A FEW RELAYS THAT HE THOUGHT COULD BE TROUBLE IN THE FUTURE BUT ONLY CHARGED US FOR TRAVEL TIME AND LABOR, NO PARTS. THE COMPANY CAME FROM RIVERSIDE TO GLENDORA AND CHARGED A TOKEN AMOUNT FOR TRAVEL TIME AND A VERY REASONABLE LABOR CHARGE. These guys are the best! Professional, honest, and conscientious, they really care about their work. They installed an automatic sliding door and it has been working perfectly for almost two years.
