My husband and I I are both disabled he is a veteran we purchased to chairs in June 2025 within 2 months something popped in one of the chairs . They came out and found a piece of wood broke the lady who said she is the owner said it wasn’t covered that she sold us one used and one new chair. I told her we would not by a used chair . I wentbwith my neighbor so she could get a folding scooter, and Austin, Ashley, Bill and Joy were so kind and knowleable of the equipment and treated us like family that my friend purchased one...I am 80 and right now don't need one but if my situation changes I would definitely seek you all out. We have been dealing with Action Disability Resources for many years and have always been happy with the services rendered, as well as the pleasant and helpful staff. They are definitely our go to place for wheelchair repairs.
Instead of addressing the matter, the staff deleted the review. I will continue to make sure that it's post for others to see. I rented an electrical scooter for my mom who is able for her to attend a Mother’s Day cruise to Mexico. Once on the ship, the wheelchair was working the first day then on the second day as we were going down one of the decks, the chair started beeping and it stopped working. Perfection with hospitaltity. 4/28/25 rented a scooter from them for 4 days. Staff was super friendly helped answer so many question both about rental and assembley, scooter did absolutely great the entire time with no issues at all, and over all just very pleasent, simple, and well priced purchasing experience.
