We engaged these cowboys to build a dam. They dug a hole that doesn't hold water. After a year of Sam promising to look at it I contacted Consumer Affairs Victoria who advised they are absolutely responsible for correcting this. I consulted an expert in the field who diagnosed the problem over the phone and confirmed the mistakes made prove these guys don't know what they're doing.
