About a month ago!! Action CHC Water St Fitchburg Ma!! I have to give a 2 Stars!! because of the communication issue!!! Langue barrier or discrimination?? About blocked Ears, was a build up.. Because, of a Nurse..not communicating to me from the minute she entered the patient room.. never greeted me, rude, wow, I said hello, and never responded!!! Great place besides the dental service.
Dr Hernandez refused to fix my fillings in the top part of my mouth. She lied about sending in request to get my teeth fixed. She didn't write the referral to my insurance to have replacements. Also lied about implants I called my insurance nothing was covered. She would've ripped out my teeth and I would've had nothing. She went to being a caring dentist to someone that didn't care anymore
I came 15 min before my appointment ,wait near dentist registration window … after ten min my waiting some person tell me that now lunch time and registry person will be at 1pm… why no sign about lunch time why tell client come for appointment at the your lunch time . It’s don’t respect for clients and their time
