One of their tow trucks cut me off getting onto the mid Hudson Bridge. I then watched him cut off multiple people. Just because you’re driving a tow truck does not mean you own the road. Have courtesy for other people.
After a week of being bailed on by people, I called them and they had it done in less than 15 minutes. They picked up the car from my narrow driveway without even needing to call me outside had it on the bed and ready to go. Gave me an amazing price too. I can’t believe they only have 5 reviews because this is how business is supposed to be done.
This guy is awesome! Picked me up from my house, got the car from the shop and delivered it to be tuned by backing it in the bay! What a guy. Be sure to call him when you need a tow!
Gary is amazing! What a nice man. He came right away and was so quick and helpful. He even drove me home after dropping my vehicle at the shop. Don’t call anyone else. Gary is the bomb. :)
Action Towing was prompt, courteous, and professional when my car broke down during what other local tow companies consider “after hours”. 10/10 service, they will be the first I call in the future should I need a tow!
