Great company. They consistently preform above and beyond. Highly recommend them. Wish I could give ten stars.
RUDE!!RUDE!! The account manager will yell at you and will not try to help you with discrepancy on your account. THIEVES!! Also, you will be mocked by the account manager. No Respect for Customers. Also they missed lots of pickups so we had to bring in all the garbages back into the store countless times.
Continuous missed pick ups and when you call them they tell you that they will contact with the dispatcher to pick up only for me to call them again and they say i got to put it out for next day. This happened so many times i lost count. Do not use this company.
Horrible customer service and inconsiderate. They lie about sending their guys out on routes. Unprofessional
