I would highly recommend Action Carpet for flooring and carpets. We decided to redo our entire house, we had wood floors installed in the kitchen, living room and dining room and carpeting in the family room, upstairs hall and bedrooms. The service was incredible from the estimate, to choosing exactly what we wanted and the installation. They were always courteous and extremely helpful, and their price was more than fair. They did the job very quickly and efficiently, and I would definitely use them again in the future.
I was surprised to see that someone else gave them a negative review. They are a small shop with a nice selection of tile and they made me feel important. They won a statewide award a year or two ago, I wonder if the negative review was just sour grapes.
BEWARE!!!!.....Delivery delays without communication. Manager thinks "bending over backwards for an order" means helping with sample selections and offers nothing more, no follow-up with the warehouse, and definitely no responsibility.
