This company is amazing! After a severe storm caused water damage in my mother's home, I spoke with Jessica Paulos and she was able to work us into an already busy schedule with a short notice. The service technician called in advance and came out to the house and left my mother praising his professionalism and courteousness. I cannot say enough about this company. Not only is their work impeccable, but their team is second to none. Landon is one of the nicest young men. They have now serviced my home 3 times and he always shows up, exactly when he says he will, with a smile and always goes above and beyond. I highly recommend Action Carpet Cleaning.

I called Action Carpet Cleaning three weeks ago when we could not find the card of the last Carpet Cleaner we used. Their friendly staff set the appointment on the date and time I requested. They showed up on time, surveyed the area I needed cleaned and went right to work. The Tech was not very chatty, but professional and courteous. He worked steady and cleaned the areas quickly and better than anyone we had ever used before. I don't know what kind of magic he used in his machine, but our carpet looked brand new.
