They were a referral from our previous carpet cleaner who went out of business. They were great! Will use going forward!
We do not recommend, as we believe they reuse dirty recycled water instead of clean water. The truck inside stunk like sewage even. They left our carpets stinking, especially in the basement, and did not remove several spots, actually making visible places that were not visible. They tried to convince us that the basement stunk because it was underground and wet and moldy. It never had any smells or water issues ever. This Carpet family business company is the most professional and great job done I have ever experienced. I had two very old and not cleaned carpets that they made it look brand new again. Special thanks to Aundrey who made this happened. I highly recommended this family business company to all.

Action Carpet Cleaners, Inc did a phenomenal job. The person who did the carpets was T.J. Patillo, he went above and beyond and pretty much restored the carpet to look brand new again.
