I wanted to get my son a front grille for his new Bronco. After having trouble with the Ford dealership (wrong products ordered, no calls returned, no follow-up) a friend recommended Action Auto. Staff were enthusiastic, helped us pick a great grille, and worked double-time to get it shipped to the Sault and installed. He loves it. Fantastic staff who worked really hard to overcome obstacles with shipping and installation.
Hoped to get a wiring harness for my Hyundai Tuscon N-Class, but there was a recall on the part. The staff had no idea where to get a replacement. Did an AI search and Action Auto was first on the list. Gave them a call & store manager Nathan Reid answered. He indicated the wiring harness was in stock & we set up an appointment for a couple of days later. Had to reschedule and Nathan was friendly & amenable to a reset. I had my Thule Hullavator roof rack installed last year. The gentleman who installed it showed me how to use it and asked if I had any questions. He was patient when I asked him questions. I went back this year because I wasn't sure if I had put them on right, Nathan took the time to come out and checked to see if I did it right. He patiently answered any additional questions I had. They are efficient, know what they are doing and friendly .Thank you to the guys for my roof rack.
Amazing and quick service. My wife and I were passing through town while moving to British Columbia, and one of our two cars that was towing our utility trailer was hit and totaled. The only way for us to continue was to install a new trailer hitch on our second car, but with our timeline to get moving we were quite doubtful. I called Action Car and Truck, and immediately Nate was very professional and engaging with our needs.
