They changed my front strut of my Ford F150, Very awesome guys and they are very nice to the costumers
I got a hitch installed on my car today. Everything from booking the appointment to installation was most excellent. They were able to get me booked within a week of when I called. When I dropped off my car (at 12:30) I did mention that I had to work at 15:00. They said it would likely take an hour. I also left a bike carrier in my car and asked the attendant I spoke with if someone could show me how to install it once the hitch was on. I’ve attempted to give Action my business twice, and both times were a complete disappointment. The customer service was not just unfriendly — it was downright rude, as if helping a customer was an inconvenience. On top of the poor attitude, the prices were shockingly high. To make matters worse, they didn’t even have the items in stock. Instead, I was told they’d have to order them online and have them shipped to the store — something I could easily do myself from home, without the markup or the attitude.
