I live quite a distance from the Port Kells location, so I called to confirm that the Black Armour bed mat I wanted was in stock. I believe it was Darsi (?) that answered the phone, and she was extremely friendly and helpful. Way over priced products. Horrible customer service, worst is their shipping department particularly Hannah did not do her job right! I ordered my Rough and Country lift kit for my 4 runner through Amazon and all went well with the delivery date and process. I was lucky to find out that my order was from Action Trucks in Surrey and I happened to live in the same town. Taylor is amazing! Great customer service, made me feel very welcome. Her colleague Reese did a great job helping my buddy George out with his needs. Had a chance to meet their new manager Matt who seems very friendly. I hope the other staff take notes!
Purchased the Backrack SRX headache rack from these guys. I stopped in on a Saturday. Only one employee helping customers. Everyone in the store was willing to wait, which says something at least. Need more staff on Saturday. They had what I wanted in stock and it was my first time there. I'll definitely keep Action Trucks in mind for my next purchase. I did the Install myself and it took about an hour and the rack fits the truck nicely.
