The worst service ever. Here is my experience. I ordered an ARE TW canopy for a 2023 Toyota Tacoma on October 25, 2025. The canopy was supposed to arrive in 8 weeks. I called on December 25 only to find out that they hadn’t even started working on my order because of some mysterious problem that magically resolved itself during my call. So I needed good power steps for my new Jeep Gladiator Mojave and ordered them through Action Car and Truck and then had them installed and they did a real good job and also noticed a week later there was an exposed wire which they addressed that same day and did a super job on it.. Staff were helpful and pleasant with additional info given to me making the experience perfect. Keep up the fine work everyone at Action! I recommend them to all .
I live quite a distance from the Port Kells location, so I called to confirm that the Black Armour bed mat I wanted was in stock. I believe it was Darsi (?) that answered the phone, and she was extremely friendly and helpful. I had a tidy tank installed by action in 2021 on my Tacoma. I recently bought a 2026 Tacoma, and although there were some complications, the team came through for me and found a solution that worked for my truck. Great customer service.
