Purchased the Backrack SRX headache rack from these guys. I stopped in on a Saturday. Only one employee helping customers. Everyone in the store was willing to wait, which says something at least. Need more staff on Saturday. They had what I wanted in stock and it was my first time there. I'll definitely keep Action Trucks in mind for my next purchase. I did the Install myself and it took about an hour and the rack fits the truck nicely.

I made an order in December by email and spent over a month waiting for the order to actually be put in because of miscommunication on their end. The order arrived finally in March. Unfortunately, they got the wrong size. After a bit of back and forth and showing them proof I provided the correct information at the initial time of order, they agreed to do an expedited exchange and return of the office difference.
