The worst service ever. Here is my experience. I ordered an ARE TW canopy for a 2023 Toyota Tacoma on October 25, 2025. The canopy was supposed to arrive in 8 weeks. I called on December 25 only to find out that they hadn’t even started working on my order because of some mysterious problem that magically resolved itself during my call. I live quite a distance from the Port Kells location, so I called to confirm that the Black Armour bed mat I wanted was in stock. I believe it was Darsi (?) that answered the phone, and she was extremely friendly and helpful. Purchased the Backrack SRX headache rack from these guys. I stopped in on a Saturday. Only one employee helping customers. Everyone in the store was willing to wait, which says something at least. Need more staff on Saturday. They had what I wanted in stock and it was my first time there. I'll definitely keep Action Trucks in mind for my next purchase. I did the Install myself and it took about an hour and the rack fits the truck nicely.
Walked in this morning and was met by Tarl. He was super helpful and personable. Answering all my questions easily and clearly so it's understandable. Upfront and honest I will definitely be going back for more
