Nice people, lousy retail skills. Called looking for a lock kit for an ARE truck cap I bought there a few years ago. I gave them the part number, right off ARE's web site. Nope. They want the serial # of the cap. For what? -find the model # -look at exploded view -zoom in on the latch -get the number I just gave you. -contact their supplier for price/availability.
