5 stars for Scott Graham—great job on after-sales service! Excellent communication and genuine interest in customer satisfaction. It's impressive, especially since I would only give 3 stars to the truck cap supplier A.R.E. Their quality control needs a lot of improvement. Can't blame Action Truck for A.R.E's mess-up. These truck caps cost a lot of money, and A.R.E should show more respect to their customers.
