I spent a good hour showing my vehicle to Will at the Ottawa office. After promise of a quotation, no reply, no comment, no returned email, no call back after several tries to follow up. I have been ghosted by Action Car and Truck. I am not sure what happen but a simple follow up with something like "sorry sir, we are not able to help you" would have produced a better rating. A competitor VanPro, were delighted to help.
