I was told it would take an hour to change the faulty 4-wire hookup. They took nearly three hours and provided no feedback during the process. Just kept telling me "another 30 minutes". No respect for my time at all. They seem to either be lazy or incompetent. The name should be changed to 'Inaction" in my opinion.
Action Car and Truck in Peterborough are the only place I trust with my truck modifications. For over 10 years they have been nothing short of amazing with me. The team there are professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Hanna and Brett and the crew will not steer you wrong!
I had an excellent experience with Andrew at Action. He fixed the lock on my truck bed cover quickly and professionally. From start to finish, he was knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
