The efficiency, professionalism, and care here are top-notch—I will definitely be returning!
Awesome accessory store! Great selection, good prices, and they know the market. The service, though, is what sets this place apart. They’re interested in helping their customers find what they want and need, not taking every last cent from them selling what they don’t really need. Joash and his staff are top-end.
I was told it would take an hour to change the faulty 4-wire hookup. They took nearly three hours and provided no feedback during the process. Just kept telling me "another 30 minutes". No respect for my time at all. They seem to either be lazy or incompetent. The name should be changed to 'Inaction" in my opinion.
