Bought a custom topper about 5 years ago. Great looking unit. Functionality was low. Should have been advised a different path from the start. I’ve had to re solder some wiring a few times now and re secure some other electrical components on more than a few occasions. Poor install. And overpriced based on what I got. Regular use. Nothing hard. *** Edit **. Thanks for the response action car and truck. You asked me to email in regard to the poor service. Emailed twice. And received no response back.
Horrible place. Spent $5000. Big regret. Roof rack wasn't compatible with my Thule rack even though they said it was. They had to order parts. Waited 2 months for the call. No call. Went to the store. No record. Said they would order the parts and phone. No call again. Don't go there
