Really happy with these guys. Recieved a reasonable price for my products, and they are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. The Installation of the products was very well done. There is a high level of professionalism with these guys. I will continue to do business with them.
We were in Kelowna visiting from Ontario. I damaged my pickup top which I'd purchased at Action in Ontario. I immediately contacted the Kelowna store and the owner could not have been kinder and more helpful. It was a relatively easy fix once he figured it out and he absolutely refused to accept any money for his services. His comment was "I'd appreciate a good review!". Well here it is - a solid 6 out of 5 stars for you and a genuine THANK YOU for your help.
Had an awesome experience. Jakob was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to provide great service. It’s rare to come across that level of customer care. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others.
At first I was very pleased with my purchase of my new tonneau cover. Unfortunately my rails for my tonneau met their demise. Being Bent, warped which rendered a year old tonneau cover useless. Action auto guys were quick to order me a new set of rails and accepted my payment at that time. Had I known I was planning to be engaging in a 4 month long game of phone tag, with a monthly call where I have to call first, Asking to Locate where my rails are.
