Dealt with Tye and norm today and have never had such an amazing experience being a female. They were more than pleased to take the extra steps to explain everything that was happening and the possible reasons I was having issues. This is my second time dealing with Tye and he’s always very friendly and welcoming.
If I could give more than five stars I would. Came in on a pinch and Tye went more than out of his way to make sure I was set with everything needed, even came outside in the rain to make sure everything worked and double checked. Very friendly, super informative
