I rarely write any reviews, but after speaking to a technician and service personnel, I am very disappointed in action caps. I have used them a lot when I lived in New Brunswick and they have always been good to me. I lost my keys and my car starter key last year skiing. I had called earlier in a panic to see if I could get another key and they reviewed my make and model and said they don’t make it anymore. Top Notch! I went in for a thumbscrew for a tonneau cover that was missing off of mine. They were out of stock at the time but instead of ordering in one for me they gave me a new one off one of their samples and ordered a replacement. Happy I got one right away and I appreciate the service!
