I called yesterday too get a quote. Mike whom it talked very helpful gave me the quote then I told him I will call back. In which I done this morning and was told I have too pay upfront. Well that called ended as im not doing so without the service being done. I get a restocking fee maybe but unreal.
I have had such a wonderful experience. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. They don't try and sell you things you don't need. I can't say enough great things about this place and I definitely recommend them.
I had a trailer hitch installed on my honda crv. The installation was done in the same week as the quote was made. The installation was at the exact time I was told and at half the cost from the dealer. I was also contacted through text messages about how the progress was going and when it was finished. I highly recommend this belleville location
Tried ordering a part from there website. The declined my transaction and took the money out of my account within seconds of me trying to process my purchase. So I called them and they could not find a transaction that I made. They r sending me a refund but it will take 5 business days so they r fast to gske your koeby decline your purchase and then take a week to get your money back.would not recommended to anyone
