Great service!
I have been to the Dothan, Al Buick dealership 3 times since we purchased our Buick Enclave. I must say, their friendliness in the service area is lacking. No one greets you when you walk through the doors, even though there are usually more than 2 representatives in the area. Unfortunately, today’s visit was no different! I wish they would improve their customer service in the services area, especially since they’re the only Buick dealership in Dothan. 🙁

Initially, I was concerned that resolving the recall and warranty issue would take at least four weeks, as I had assumed no one provided me with a timeline. However, I was genuinely relieved and pleasantly surprised to learn that my truck already had a new engine installed and was ready for me to pick up in just two weeks. It made a positive difference in my experience, and I’m grateful for the efficient service.
