Very good experience overall. I felt very little pressure when buying a new car. Cheryl was great, my favorite salesperson that I’ve dealt with. She was very informative and answered any questions I had through text even after hours.
My experience was phenomenal. I called and spoke with Tyler searching for a truck and he recommended a few. After a FaceTime call with him walking the lot showing me several I made my choice. I was then given over to Cheryl, who is a rockstar by the way, and she made learning my new vehicle so easy. friendly people and efficient process. I went for the free 1st time service on my new GMC, but I'll be back for my service in the future. I've always used another local place, but I'm switching to Action. I was in and out in 35 mins!
