Went into Action Boat House this morning. Walked in. 0 customers in the store. 2 sales guys were just talking. I had to walk all the way across store just to get inquired. I bought my Skeeter from Action about 15 months ago, and it's been a very positive experience. Rich was easy to work with on the sale, and that process went smoothly. My only unknown going in was how the service was going to be. That is a huge part of a dealer's value to me. With our fishing season being maybe six months, and doing tournaments every other weekend, downtime on the boat is a major issue for me, and I've had some bad experiences with dealerships in the past. I’ll never step foot in that place again. I stopped in a week ago to see if they had a oil filter for my 4.3 L Volvo Pinto, The guy in the parts department seemed more worried about his cell phone, then helping me when he finally gave me the time of day. He told me that he didn’t believe they had it and sent me to Centerpoint yesterday I went in there, looking for a water pump for the same boat.
