Had a very good experience at Action boat center, Dereck was extremely helpful before and after the sale always very prompt and returning my phone calls and going through all the features of the boat . The owners, Ray and Laura Guy were very pleasant to deal with so if you’re looking for a boat, make sure you stop by Action build center.
Terrible experience! Do not buy a boat from Action Marine Kemah. Our family was sold a boat that we were told was in “perfect” condition. This was not the case!!! One month later and we still are unable to use the boat. We’ve asked to have the boat returned or fixed, yet...we’re still waiting for a resolution. My husband had plans to start a fishing charter company and because of their dishonesty this dream has not come to fruition.
