Stopped in the store yesterday during the rain storm and met Mike at the front door. He was very kind, thorough, and patient. I had what I thought would be a "odd" request. Repairing the brakes on a walker of our 81 year old friend. As the cable had broken. To my surprise they have already worked on walkers. They took a look and assured me they could take care of the problem. I was told an hour or so. They were done in 45 minutes. They even identified an issue with the grips being loose. The work was quick and precise. Our friend is absolutely happy with the repair They are AWESOME.
