I love Action Behavior Centers but switching to this one was a gigantic mistake. Go with any other location.
My son and our family had an amazing experience at ABC in Buda. The RBTs and the BCBAs we worked with as well as all of the rest of the support staff did a phenomenal job of providing us with a sense of humanistic approach, love, attention to detail, and most of all empathy for our sweet big guy. We have experienced many ABA clinics over the years, and our experiences at ABC were by far the most rewarding. From the first phone call ABC has exceeded my expectations! Hether & Sydney answered every question and concern I had with zero judgment and complete understanding. They walk you through every step of the way with so much grace! ABC was able to get my little enrolled with no wait and within a month she has shown so much improvement in many areas! Seeing the therapist get excited about my child's growth warms my heart because I know she has a team that genuinely cares for her. 5 stars!
Just like ABC South Austin, this location provide amazing ABA services. The staff is very nice and welcoming! They make the ABA therapy so fun and entertaining that our son has always been excited to go to his ABA time after school. Thanks to our BCPA Mo and her team of therapists, our son was able to transition from special education class to general education within a year! Action Behavior Center has been life changing for our son with Autism. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We love that we can absolutely trust the therapists and staff with our sweet boy. He even asks to go to “school” on the weekend! We could not be more grateful for the kindness and respect ABC has shown our family and how much they have changed our lives.
