Please stop and read this review. It has taken me some time to write this review to make sure it reaches any family that is considering going to this money making, non caring, horror of an establishment. My son was at ABC for 3 years and we removed him a few months ago due to the negligence of his BCBA and management. Our son is non verbal and had SIB (self injurious behaviors) (please notice HAD, past tense). They allowed him to bang his head on the walls and floors. Seems like a great school for the kids, I personally wish we could have talked about ADOS testing instructions before the visit or in the room privately, I had to have the instructions read to me in a waiting room full of people doing onboarding, which makes me uncomfortable, and my kid obviously didn’t want to be held for the 5 minute conversation. However, everything else was perfect that I know of.
I cannot begin to describe how wonderful this ABC location is, all due to the wonderful staff that help to meet the every-day needs of our son. We began our 3 year old here in Aug of ‘24, and it has been one of the best decisions we’ve made, with all of the options we have. The staff are all so kind and sincere, and Savana and Angel are always on top of it. Our 3-year old autistic son began attending Action ABA in Lakeway about 15 months ago when he was diagnosed with moderate autism. Before deciding on Action ABA, we toured Action's Bee Cave facility (the Lakeway location was nearly complete but not quite open yet) as well as a few other ABA therapy options.
