We’ve been at this location for about four years. The first two to three years were truly fantastic — the staff consistently went above and beyond, communicated clearly, and treated our son with genuine care and attentiveness. Leadership collaborated with us by providing tasks and strategies to implement at home to support our son’s progressive development. We’ve been here about 4 years. The first 2-3 years were fantastic! Everyone went above and beyond. After leadership changed a couple times (back to back) and a sudden turnover of employees, everything has changed. My son is frequently handed over with a full diaper, his belonging are always missing, no one tells me what his eating/changing status is or how his behavior was that day anymore, etc. He was so packed with pee today that it covered my arm the second I picked him up. I don’t know where to start … but I can start by saying ABC is the first place I’ve ever trusted my daughter to go under someone else’s care, so with that being said, I would definitely recommend this center for ABA therapy. My daughter went here and it has been the best thing that happened for her. She made MAJOR improvements & kept reaching her goals/milestones. Action Behavior Center of North Frisco is the most amazing place! From the intake call to actual enrollment, ABC will hold your hand, walk you through the process, to ensure your child will get the support they need. Our son is excited and happy to go to school now, and we can rest easy knowing he's being given love and support from every employee there.
