Very disappointing experience. Their website clearly states that they accept UnitedHealthcare insurance, but after I called and spent time providing my child’s information, I was told they actually do NOT accept my specific UHC HMO plan. This is extremely misleading, especially for families seeking autism or speech therapy services for their children. Amazing staff all around! My son was nonverbal, in pampers, and combative when he initially enrolled 3 years ago and left high functioning, fully potty trained, and able to hold conversations as well as complete all assigned work. Bailey is amazing at handling any concern you may have. They truly became family and I’m forever grateful for all that they did for my son.
