I will never be able to thank ABC Concord enough for everything they’ve done for my daughter. She’s been going here a year and has completely blossomed into a whole different child than when we started. She’s was 3 years old and mostly non-verbal and not potty trained. This place is unprofessional and unorganized. I also experienced receiving a start date and it got pushed back nearly 2 months late with excuse after excuse for me to be told to then transfer to a different facility and then try to come back. No, for all of that I decided to go with a completely new ABA center in which I received a start date within a few weeks. Dont waste your time applying. They couldve just said they are in over their heads and unable to accept more children.
Unfortunately, I am not happy with this place. I thought it would be a good start for my son when I first came to tour the school and I was so excited to get him started however, I had to leave work early for video calls. Take him to doctors appointments to get paperwork just all sorts of things I had to do to get him started which I had no issue doing at all I would have to Since several emails and leave several voicemails just to get back a answer for a start date, and I kept being pushed back and kept being told different... read more
