I’ve been a customer for a few years They will “accidentally” include a few hundred dollars of additional items you didn’t order in your shipment and repeatedly harass you almost daily as soon as the delivery arrives to try to pressure you to pay them for the additional items This has happened on several occasions

I can’s stress how excellent the customer service is – Kate was empathetic, understanding, and proactive about my troubles when my first order went missing (by no fault of Action Bags) and was quick to call and resend the shipment. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and it meant a lot. From now on, I'll look at Action Bags for all of my plastic bag needs!

I got a call from the owner today about some concerns I was having with bag quality. I have to say as a business owner myself, he went above and beyond in trying to understand my frustrations and also helping fix this issue. With the phone call today from the owner, he earned my trust and regained my business.
