These guys are a the worst business men in NY. 4 weeks ago after they carefully measures the requested work (2 simple navy blue pieces), they provided a quote on the spot - there were no hidden issues. It took them 3 weeks to provide us with a Invoice for a deposit where they said they won't start the work until 50% is paid. We thought they were working on the two pieces.
