We can’t thank Action Automotive enough! We were hours away from our own repair shop, in the middle of a tow, when our tow truck broke down. They understood how important it was for us to get back on the road quickly — and they delivered. Their team was professional, efficient, and got the job done fast without cutting corners. Had no problems with this shop. Had a 40 point inspection on my sons 2017 Honda Civic. All the car needed was a front light and air filter. Work was done promply with an appointment. Shop seemed busy which is a good sign of having a honest trustworth shop. Friendly staff that explained things. Coffee was also good ,but could use real milk hahaha. Tyler

I think I finally found what I had where I previously lived; A family owned automotive repair shop who is fair, honest, and capable. Unfortunately, I have had a lot of (possibly) unnecessary work at a couple shops in Prescott and Prescott Valley. That’s a hard pill to swallow…but at least I can get back on track with Action Automotive. I own Toyota’s and it seems that it’s a little harder to find mechanics that understand their nuances. Looks like I found them!
This auto repair was recommended to me by a friend. I needed my brakes replaced. They were fast, efficient, and my truck drives so much better. I highly recommend
