I appreciated the honest diagnosis of the problem, the pricing was good, and the staff were actually pretty nice!
Action Automotive performs quality work and has been able to work with my warranty when applicable and they stand behind their work. If you aren't happy they will do everything in their power to correct that. Just took them my truck for 4WD service because it saved me a couple hundred dollars over the stealership and they even got me a ride home AND a pick-up ride when my truck was ready. That's pretty awesome service in my book.

My car has been having intermittent issues with starting, when I first dropped it off they said that it was starting up just fine for them and charged me $128, they offered to hold my car and keep trying and said future diagnosis would be 50% off, they had my car for two weeks, then they wanted to charged me another $160 for the second diagnosis and said it was the fuel pump, I was then told over the phone that the discount only applies if I get the work done there, after some back and forth I offered to send screen shots sh... read more
