An honest shop! I had my tires rotated at a shop that was out of town and they told me I needed to brakes asap. I decided to wait until I got back to Eugene. I went to Action Automotive and they told me my brakes still had plenty of life left on them. I had an oil change and transmission fluid change and it was a great experience.
I have an older Benz and each time I need minor or major work done they are always professional. They get me scheduled quick and communicate through the entire process. Very honorable place.
Action Automotive and Johnny have been so wonderful to us. They are competent, professional, thorough and always friendly and helpful. Johnny was a great advocate for us with our car warranty company. He was steadfast. I cannot recommend Action Auto more highly! We will be return customers again and again.
