Rude Sales Person Very rude and insulting sales person. Said his name was Chris. Was hostile and full of snide remarks, from the onset. After giving a price quote. Then tacked on a $199.00 conveyance Fee. When asked what tha was for? Replied. "that's for Us". This was a totaly anoying and insulting person and experiance.The 1 star rating is far to high for this dealership !
Totally satisfied we found Chris to be nothing less than courteous and helpful when purchasing our Jeep Grand Cherokee. Our list of mechanical issues were repaired without question. This is a no pressure used car dealership I would use again and again
Prism I purchased a 2002 Chevy prism in 2007, priced fairly below KBB. Well serviced prior to PU. Some of the autos were in less than good condition, but a good experience overall, zero problems with the Prism.
Iroll2000 I purchased a Volvo from Action 2 years ago. The price was fair. The warranty service has been excellent. I have used Action for maintenance work outside of warranty coverage because I found them such a pleasure to deal with. Chris in particular has always been fair, pleasant, and helpful since the day he sold me the car. I recognize that people are more prone to register complaints than compliments, so it is my pleasure to be able to submit my positive opinion.
