Huge thanks to Matt at Action Automotive in Coconut Grove for the incredible help he gave my parents in an extremely stressful situation. After our car was stolen, Matt dropped everything to help get it roadworthy so it could be returned to WA. He went above and beyond — professional, kind, and genuinely caring at a time when we really needed support. It’s rare to find someone so willing to help without hesitation. We are extremely grateful and cannot recommend Matt and Action Automotive highly enough.
My wife and I found ourselves in a bind as we had issues with a vehicle that was towing a work trailer that needed urgent attention and just two days before Xmas when everybody is asking for something!!.we needed to be on the road heading to WA urgently..Matt worked magic and sourced/fabricated parts to safely get us moving. I was in a pinch really needed some things sorted for my rego. They fit me in and were efficient and very fairly priced. Almost apprensive to leave a review don't want everyone going here and they cant fit me in.
