New to the area so wasn't sure who to try. Wasn't disappointed. Great service and WOF by Peter and the team. Even though they were busy, did the service and WOF in good time. Prompt and clear communication when complete was much appreciated. Pricing very reasonable too, especially for the WOF. Can highly recommend Action Automotive.

Amazing service getting my car a WOF. I rang up last minute and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly, and my car was returned promptly. Highly recommend!
Very disappointing service and poor communication. We paid for a service but were unable to receive the written documentation we repeatedly requested. When we raised this and asked for a fair resolution, we were met with pushback instead of a clear solution, and the situation dragged on unnecessarily. I give the highest praise to Peter and the team at action automotive! I have never come across such an honest, trustworthy mechanic who will go out of his way to help any problem even after hours or non mechanical issues. I would never use any other mechanic and recommend that everyone follow suit!
