Excellent service from both Evan and the staff! I found myself having transmission issues while in town and very little time to get back home to GA. Evan got the parts I needed quickly and had me back on the road just like he said he would. Unlike other shops that I have used in the past, my final bill was cheaper than the initial quote! This is a testament to the honesty and integrity of Action Automotive. I highly recommend, definitely a 5 star establishment.
I never really write reviews, but these guys at Action Automotive went above and beyond! I brought my car in to get fixed and I brought in a quote from another repair shop. They said they could do the job for a cheaper price and I left my vehicle with them. When they called me back to pick it up they let me know the other shop had some things listed on the quote that did not need fixing 🤯 I ended up paying half of the price they asked due to that and my car has run perfectly ever since! I got brake work done on my 2019 Jeep. The work was clearly quality - Night and day driving difference after the work was completed. A few weeks later, I ordered 4 new all-terrain tires through Action Auto. The tires were cheaper than any price that I could find online (Amazon, etc.). The staff was very professional and courteous. They also allowed me to drop off the vehicle before business hours and after business hours due to my schedule on both visits. The pricing was fair. I’m glad I found these guys.
Our van broke down while on a road trip across the country with the whole family and pets. The folks at Action Automotive were so wonderful and got us in right away and had us on the road as soon as possible. Thanks so much guys!
Got my Jeep regeared to accommodate the bigger tires put on it. Staff was extremely professional and very affordable for the quality of work they did. Will most definitely be coming back for any future work I can’t do myself
