I couldn't say enough good about this business. I was trying to load a vehicle onto a trailer today and having a lot of trouble. The guys saw i was struggling and dropped what they were doing to help. I would never have gotten the car loaded without them! I don't live in the Rolla area, but if I did i would certainly use Action automotive for car repairs!! Thanks guys for helping me today !!!
Great customer service, went over the top to take care of my truck.
Traveling through and the alternator went out on our vehicle. They were able to get us in first thing when they opened and had us on the road 2 hours later. Great job.
Have nothing but good things to say action automotive, they always get my vehicles in and out in a timely manner. They won’t stop till they figure out exactly what’s wrong with your vehicle, most definitely will Recommend them to anyone that needs anything done rather it be big or small. After trying many shops I found this hidden gem. Customer service is amazing they go over and beyond to ensure a great experience. Evan was a huge help he walked me through the entire process and kept me updated even went as far as to come to me when my car had some troubles.. I 100% recommend this place prices are unbeatable and they treat you like family.
