My car was vandalised the night before departing Devonport on the Spirit of Tasmania, and the windscreen smashed in. The customer service supervisor Tom went out of his way to help me get it fixed. A new windscreen arrived the next day and was installed on time for me to travel home. Tom and his team took care to clean the glass out of the inside of my car, and to remove and preserve the broken side mirror which was dangling by its wires. The team here is amazing, helpful, solution focussed and customer centered. Tom and the team pointed me in the right direction to get a sunroof for my 2007 Honda replaced for free as a part of a recall. Cannot speak highly enough of AAG Devonport.
