After numerous attempts to find an honest auto repair shop in the area, we found Action Auto Works. We had moved into the area in 2005 not knowing any locals who could steer us in the right direction to discover reputable businesses, whether it be auto repair, dental, doctor, contractors, etc.. We had to do our own "homework", and In the process, we were taken advantage of many, many times due to our trusting nature of those providing our needed services. I'm so blessed to have found action auto. I now live in Va. Beach and still bring all of my cars to Berry. From an inspection to serious work there is no one else I trust with my cars and wallet. He is an honest and hard working mechanic. My mom, daughter,and sisters, all trust him with our cars. Thank you for always taking good care of us.
Barry is definitely the go to person for car issues. Our 02 Explorer needed a lot of work and he got it back on the road. We also bring our Mercedes to him for service and repairs when needed. He doesn't over price and tells you whats needed and cost. No trying to throw in unnecessary or unneeded repairs like major service centers. Highly recommend if your looking for a long term dependable mechanic.
Prior to taking my 94 Lexus to Action Auto Works, I was told that there is no help for my car. I was devastated! wasn't willing to give up on my car. I called and spoke to Barry who not only listened to my problems but offered to take a look at my car. I needed alot of work and they came through for me and it was afforable. IF you ever been in a pickle and thought thier was no way out.i have to say thier are honest people in the automotive repair world left and mr. Dan LOWERY & MR. Barry Bonner are two of the best in the Business.
