I took my car to this mechanic. They charged me 300 and ruined my car and broken inside parts in my car. Which it cost me 500 to replace it with an other mechanic
Excelente servicio.
PLEASE do not go to these people. You will end up overpaying for the bare minimum. They have no idea how to repair a car and will not communicate with you at all. The young boys helping with the shop will be disrespectful if you call them out on their lies. They'll tell you they will look at your car and not check it at all. I can recommend at least 3 other professional shops that will do good work and actually communicate properly in the area.
If I could give this business a negative score I would. It was a terrible experience. Dishonest employees and sloppy work is an understatement. I had to take my vehicle to another mechanic who fixed the “work” they did. Better Business Bureau has been notified. DO NOT use Action Auto!
