PLEASE do not go to these people. You will end up overpaying for the bare minimum. They have no idea how to repair a car and will not communicate with you at all. The young boys helping with the shop will be disrespectful if you call them out on their lies. They'll tell you they will look at your car and not check it at all. I can recommend at least 3 other professional shops that will do good work and actually communicate properly in the area.
If I could give this business a negative score I would. It was a terrible experience. Dishonest employees and sloppy work is an understatement. I had to take my vehicle to another mechanic who fixed the “work” they did. Better Business Bureau has been notified. DO NOT use Action Auto!
Get it off the list and get it done and get it to work for us and I want you to know if you are going to do it I will call the cops and ask them to call you and let you know that I am not available for the future and would not have time to talk to you about this issue as soon as possible get it out of the way and get it done ASAP
