Action Auto was assigned by my insurance company when my daughter's car died. While they did get the car to the repair shop, the customer service was very poor. They would not answer calls and did not call me back even after leaving half a dozen messages. I reached out to my insurance company and they could not get in contact with Action Auto.
Everything what fine until I noticed that Dan took change from out of my car. Money is money and it belonged to me. Everyone struggles but that’s highly unprofessional and irresponsible of him to do.
