Sean is great. We've been fighting with Safelite for literally 4 months and 5 visits with the wrong glass. Contacted Sean, he was here the next day and got the right glass put in 2 hours later. Thank you Sean!!
I had my car broken into over the weekend. I called Action Auto Glass in San Francisco on Sunday and they answered. Sean was awesome, he told me not to worry and he assured me that everything was going to be alright. He wasn't able to get me matching glass with privacy tint because they're getting harder to find for my vehicle. (He could have got me the glass but I wanted the matching tint) Sean told me to check a dismantler in my area and sure enough they had the glass there with matching tint.
