Ruben solved my hot water issue fast. He works hard and is meticulous. I'll always call him for plumbing issues. Monterey Park Plumbers has excellent infrastructure.
The day the health inspector came to our store during the transition of ownership, the hot water was broken. He threatened to flunk our store and force us to reapply if the water didn't run hot when he came back the following day. When our sump pump broke down during the night, we called Monterey Park Plumbing, and they were able to replace it the very next day. Both technicians were helpful and cordial. Although the final bill was higher than I had hoped, I know now that the extra money was well spent.
The kitchen was flooded after my wife called me to tell me the tub was leaking. No one answered my calls or was accessible to talk. When I contacted, an agent picked up right away, assured me that they had nearby personnel, and dispatched help within 30 minutes. They could have fixed it and cost me anything, including for the trip out here, but instead they just inspected the leak and taught me how to solve the issue quickly myself. After having our counters put, we discovered today that we have no idea how to install a sink. Our main water supply had been cut off, and we knew that until someone came to restore it, we would be without running water. Within an hour of my initial phone contact, Gerry and he had arrived, and they provided a quote within five minutes of their arrival.
